Hi!

I know it would help to test more before reporting, but I just don't have the time right now :)
This is based on observations on 1.19 (ATM8)
We tried to mine lava in the nether with a clearing liquid card, set to solid cylindrical shape. (I don't think the actual shape matters much).
The shape was about 100x100 (also tried 101x101), and 32 high, offset to just above bedrock
This resulted in mining the liquid, except for a single block wide on the cluster borders, so you get a square lines grid of lava left.

Note that in the same game we used a clearing quarry card to mine some shapes in the regular world (smaller though, 41x41), and those seemed fine.

Hmm, I checked again, there's something funny going on here, it's not full lava blocks that are left behind, but flowing lava, I think..
Can't pick up the lava there with buckets, even at the top.

Shall I close this issue? Without looking into it a lot more I don't think there's much useful that can be done here :)
