Processor Reset NPE (1.12.2-2.0.2)

Issue description:
Whenever I reset the processor (just by typing in reset), I get a NPE.
Steps to reproduce:

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.5.2854
• CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11): none
• McJtyLib:1.12-3.5.4
• RFTools:1.12-7.73
• RFTools Control:1.12-2.0.2

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: None, only had JEI (4.15.0.293), TOP (1.12-1.4.28) and TOP Addons (1.12.2-1.11.0) alongside the mods named above.

Reproduction:

1. Fresh world; 2. Place down a Processor; 3. type in reset
   Strangely however, when exiting and reloading the world, resetting the same processor doesn't give a NPE. Newly placed processors however will give a NPE.
