Dimension Editor crash

Issue description:
Server crash on Dimension Editor

Steps to reproduce:

• No valid teleport destination (previously crashed with feature generation cycle),
• Using dimensional editor, try to add a matter receiver to dimension
• crash happens

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Forge: Neo 47.1.76
• McJtyLib: 1.20-8.0.3
• RFTools: rftoolsbase-1.20-5.0.2
• RFTools Dimensions: 1.20-11.0.0

Possibly incompatible mods: Unsure, check Direwolf20 1.20 pack

The crash happens because there is no valid dimension. I should add protection against that. But the real problem happened earlier when creating the dimension. I would need to have that crashlog instead of this one
