Issue description: Not all mekanism blocks and fluids have dimlets
Missing:

• Liquid Uranium Oxyde
• Liquid Uranium Hexafluoride
• Liquid Superheated Sodium
• Liquid Steam
• Nutritional Paste
• Bioethanol

Raw ores blocks, deepslates ores and flurine (ores and block) are also missing.

are you able to get fluids like liquid oxygen to actually spawn? when I try as a tendril/sphere, it just produces stone blocks, before a biome or such I just get water.
