Issue description: Dedicated server crash immediately after generating dimension

Steps to reproduce:
Create a new dimension

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.20.1
(Neo)Forge: 47.1.106
CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11): N/A
McJtyLib: 1.20-8.0.6
RFTools: 1.20-5.0.5
RFTools Dimensions: 1.20-11.0.9

Possibly incompatible mods:
logs indicate alex's caves?
