When taking a screenshot, it makes the screenshot sound but never uploads it.

Hmmm... Does it get added to the upload queue properly? Was the server online? (It had a few downtimes recently).
Are you using hotkeys, the menu item, and are you taking full-screen or partial screenshots?
Also, have you tried restarting the app? That might generally help.

Server was online. Tried restarting and using both menu item and hotkey. Was never added to the upload queue. Recording a movie works though.

I currently can't track the bug down, but I'll keep the issue open and try to fix it when I next work on Coco Storage some more.
