В новых версиях БУС в iblock стало больше поддиректорий:
Пример:
upload/iblock/a7e/0eqvb419kz3p52iiyezu5ojiab6s5e99/foto1.jpeg

Код учитывает только директории такого вида:
upload/iblock/a7e/foto1.jpeg
