i find overencumbering.json tag and add to him shulker box. in game i see overencumbering tag on shulker box, but it dont work. What else do I need to do?

you sureits tagged? check with emi. also once it is do you have more than 3?

yes, the tag is marked, but effect not give (3 and above shulkers in inventory)
