Can't see ban information on profile page

When you are banned you get the following message:

 Connecting to chat.strims.gg ...
 Error loading ban info. Check your profile.
 Connection established.
 You have been banned. Check your profile for more information.

However going to your profile page yields no information: https://i.imgur.com/kX46s9R.png

Thanks for the report.
This will be dealt with eventually when chat and the main site (this repo) are communicating more with each other. The site isn't aware of chat bans at the moment, and the "help" message is an artifact of old times.
