GUI crashes for "Create case" after selecting sites on map 🐛

When you select one of the sites directly in the interactive map (--> click on point marker) and subsequently press "CREATE CASE", the GUI page goes blank without displaying any error messages in the Docker terminal. From the Chrome web console (Version 101.0.4951.54):
