support setting sever url in URL parameter

when localhost:9090 is occupied by other process, it would be nice to provide a way to set sever url in URL parameter like http://localhost:8080/?server=http://localhost:8080

or simply take the URL of UI as the default url

Just edit the index.html of released files and replace the data-base-url will do.

if clients won't be able to edit the file, it's actually easier for them to make a redirect to set sever url in URL parameter
