No action needed yet (I need to flesh out):

Coming out of ADR (Daniel) to have Snap handle data, e.g. rates, requiring a new new API (’Asset API’) responsible for doing things like pull rates from Snaps ⇒ Extension, need to update controllers in Extension that handle this data
