Support for setUserId or manual login #131

Hello,

I have a suggestion.

according to https://docs.meteor.com/api/methods.html#DDPCommon-MethodInvocation-setUserId we can set the user id if needed and login the user. but this does not trigger the user status updates.

i think it will be useful to either allow to start tracking the user manually or when setUserId is called
