what are the tools associated to each extension?

Is there documentation anywhere that explains which of the following extensions:

CommitsLOC, CommitsLOCDet, Content, FileTypes, MessageWords, MessageWordsPrint, Metrics, MetricsEvo, Months, Patches, Weeks

Are associated to the metrics section on the README:

kdsi
halstead
mccabe
PyMetrics for Python
CCCC for C and C++
SLOCCount for C, C++, C#, Haskell, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, etc.

Or description of them individually? I am particularly interested in calculating LOC for all file revisions and comment lines if possible on Java and C files. halstead and mccabe would be a plus, but I am unsure what languages those two are available or what extension calculates them.
