suggest: automatic closure of MikTeX console

This idea about the MiKTeX console is inspired by the synaptic package manager used by Linux Debian and in the Linux Ubuntu family.

Similar to the MiKTeX console, after the selection of packages to install into/remove from the system, there is a continuously updated progress report. Contrasting to the current implementation of the MiKTeX console, synaptic equally offers to opt-in that this widget closes when all work scheduled was processed without a problem:

synaptic retains the user's choice for subsequent use of the package manager, however this parameter is adjustable in any session.

For the granular installation/deinstallation of multiple packages/documentation of packages with the MiKTeX console, I think a similar option may improve a niche within its great functionality.
