MikTeX console, adjusted sort for «date of installation»

The list of packages installed may be sort, e.g. by the date of installation. This works well for listing the dates in ascending order, where the most recent installations are shown as the last entries in the list:

However, in the inverse sort, one has to scroll down beyond all non-installed use packages before the most recently installed usepackage is shown on top:

My suggest about the sort by descending date of installation, with the most recently installed usepackages on top is to adjust the algorithm: to show first the usepackages which actually are installed, in their geological order (the most recently installed on top of elder); and when these are all shown, to show the usepackages not installed (with an empty date of installation).

This observation refers to MiXTeX console 4.8 as installed in Linux Xubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.
