Updating MiKTeX on Windows is described using miktex-console. But this needs graphics enabled and available. This is not the case for all.
Assume:
no graphics available
no user interaction possible
HowTo upgrade MiKTeX with the lates installed packages?
No User can interact with the running installer/upgrader. The installer can write a log of what was done. The nstaller/upgrader does not have available:
graphics
stdio
stdin
stderr
It has to run unattended, with admin rights. It can elevate.
It is intended to upgrade all installed packages to their latest versions available within a local repository.
It is intended to write to a file what it had done.

Any idea how to achieve this?
