[Feature Request] Potential idea for imporving hangnail detection (low priority) #11

Sang Ho mentioned that hang nails most likely only happens at the perimeter of a tissue sections, so detection should be focus on that area...

I'm not sure how would be the best way to integrate this domain knowledge in the system. But I want to document this for future consideration.
