BUG：Plugin should ignore content within code blocks, otherwise the appearance of [^x] inside code blocks will cause some bug.

For example, if the following paragraph were inserted into an article, it would result in:

• Using the insert footnote shortcut anywhere else in the article does not automatically generate a section heading at the end.

• Using the insert footnote shortcut within the line of this problematic text does not automatically generate a footnote.

Sample text：Normal footnotes use the format [^number or text], and detailed content is entered at the end of the document or any other place using [^number or text]: followed by the detailed content (if the detailed content needs to be on a new line, just indent two spaces at the beginning of the line).
