show deleted is broken

The show deleted used to display a list of all deleted users which made it easy to re-enable accounts. This seems to be broken now that we upgraded (we go to a list for a non-existin users named "showdeleted".

In the mean time, as a workaround, a database backup can be seen as an admin which has the userid for all usernames. We can use that to access that user page and undelete them, like so:
