Document port limitation for Private VNET integratiom

Hi,

i'm running cloud shell as documented on that page, using a relay and a delegated subnet for establish a Cloud Shell with private VNET IP.

While most of the features working fine, open a port won't work. Clicking on Preview Port opens a browser URL with

https://.servicebus.windows.net/cc-9c1d-e7967520/proxy/8000/ and it results

Unauthorized. Sign-in to authenticate and refresh this page.

Sign-in or refresh wont work.

Thank you @jkroepke for reporting this issue. We are aware that the port forwarding does not work in some cases. This is on our backlog for investigation. I will report here when we have made changes that may impact this problem.
