Hide "Always Read" in "Unread" #118

Currently, when you click on the "unread" buttons, you get notifications even for a post that's been binned.

I think we should hide them from here.

@MightyGorgon what do you think? They're still going to appear as "unread" when looking at the forums list, but I don't think this is an issue.

Honestly I need bins to be unread, because every time I log in I want to know wheter some posts have been trashed... Normally Trash Bin should be accessible only by admins and mods...

Right :). I think I can do it for the "new messages" part, but for the unreads part, it's touching something I don't know.

Just use UPI2DB.

UPI2DB isn't enough: I still getting notifications (though they're "always read"...)

@MightyGorgon do you agree that things on "Always Read" shouldn't appear in the "Unread" tab?
