Dependencies not on my machine; Relies on old dart version

I would like to be able to download a sample and run it. I have been checking out a few frameworks etc and no one seems to be able to provide working software for a newbie without hours of stuffing around.

mdl_button_sample depends on reflected_mustache from path which doesn't exist (could not find package reflected_mustache at "/Volumes/Daten/DevLocal/DevDart/reflected_mustache"), version solving failed.

The samples online look great.
