Make the font of the server configurable...

From a mail thread - Here's the issue....

Quick question – Is there any way to increase the font size that’s used on the server for displaying who’s connected, the current game score, etc…?

On my projection, the font size (b/c of the resolution I’m using which is 2700x2000, everything looks so small…

Unfortunately, I didn't make that value configurable, it's hard coded here:
https://github.com/Mikeware/SpaceBattleArena/blob/master/SBA_Serv/GUI/main.py#L199, probably among other places for the game font too.

If you make your resolution smaller and run the server fullscreen, it would enlarge the text. HD was still the bleeding edge when we started, so progress at least!

Please file an issue on the GitHub, and I'll see if I can do some updates next week, unless you want to take a stab at a PR?
