Problem

I apparently like to introduce performance regressions 😅

Acceptance Criteria

Choose some reasonable tolerance for performance regressions and test as part of CI pipeline.

Tasks

Choose reasonable tolerance for various operations
Trigger errors/warnings when thresholds are violated
Implement in CI pipeline
