Choosing a new UI framework?

Problem

The current UI framework, Office Fabric UI, seems outdated and not "modern" enough.

Proposed solution

• Compare and discuss the pros and cons of different UI frameworks (e.g. Angular Material)
• Do some case study on existing apps

This issue will be used as a tracker for design ideas. Feel free to put in some screenshots, links or sketches.

1. 配色站紅白，更典雅大氣。閣下還可以藉機向母校致敬
2. 至於主頁所承載的，在下認爲留下搜索欄、每日一句便好，如果有人需要專門去別類查找，再讓他訪問專門的分類頁面。
3. “如果所有发音都是福州鼓楼音，建议在帮助里著名即可”——那麼如果每條都特別註明是鼓樓音，會不會給讀者留下我也想貢獻臺江、倉山等音的參與動機？
4. 按文檔第12頁的卡片一般的顯示方式，看起來信息密度太低一些？我不確定。

疑問

1. 建議文檔裏，紅白方案的題字是什麼名人題字或者從什麼類書上採擷的嗎？

UI framework collection

• Ant design：阿里出的一套UI框架，设计模式个人感觉比较接近ios，相比于Angular material 偏沉稳一些，少些活力，但是动画要更加流畅稳定。

• Angular Material

Tools collection

• 字蛛：中文字体文件压缩，对网页加载特定中文字体帮助较大，规定字体也便于统一界面。
