比如对接基于xposed的shamrock，或是基于QQNT的Chronocat，这两个框架都能避免无法登录的问题

shamrock是实现了onebotv11的，可以直接用，但是文件不能共享

用filehost应该可以解决文件不能共享的问题，但是需要做一些改动
nonebot/plugin-filehost#4 (comment)
但是加好友不能正常响应，shamrock的戳一戳api也不一样
