Want to catch:

  • Missing branches in input files; uproot.iterate() does not pick this up (or can it ?)
  • Indexing a non-jagged branch with an index other than event
  • Indexing a jagged array by event -- does this make sense?

This is still actually an open question, although more general than the above description -- @jkwinter and @brianle18

We should have a discussion on where we break the code and when to allow recovery. We should list outcomes here
