Update functions connection pool size

Description

This is a follow-up implementation issue of #876. As part of the spike, it was determined the proper pool size per "type" of function. More info here

Tasks

• Assign pool size per function type, more info here
• Test functions independently
• [TBD] Stress goal -> add a script to compute how many connection spots are assigned to the Python functions and add a comment to each PR that changes the functions to make sure we keep track of the size.
