Including executable on SD card

How do you save the executable for runCPM.ino? Do you mean place the hex file onto the microcard?

For Arduino you program the code directly to the board just like any Arduino sketch.
Once you open RunCPM.ino in the Arduino IDE it is just a regular Arduino App.
