Add list of Outreachy contributors to website

The 6 previous Outreachy interns should be listed on the main modeci website, perhaps under https://modeci.org/#communityPage (or under a dedicated Outreachy section).

@mqnifestkelvin and @Onoyiza have expressed interest in being ModECI Outreachy Ambassadors, to help future applicants/interns, and should be listed as such.

One option might be to duplicate https://github.com/ModECI/Website/blob/main/_includes/about.html, and everywhere about is used (e.g. https://github.com/ModECI/Website/blob/main/_data/about.yml) make an equivalent file/entry for outreachy, and fill with previous intern info.
