Julia has been accepted as part of this program. This might be a good opportunity for a student to work on Modia if there's a good proposal and willing mentor. There aren't any Modia projects listed on the projects page:

That doesn't mean a student can't submit a proposal for a Modia project. Chris R. always does a great job building the DiffEq infrastructure with student work through this program.
