希望能够调高分块大小上限，加快上传大文件速度 #43

上传大文件的时候60M分块传输，对于网速较快的线路，会出现分块间隔时间远大于传输时间，平均带宽占用率不到1/3。能否增大分块大小限制，让带宽跑满。
