Describe the bug
On Windows, panthera shares are rejected as having too low difficulty, to the point of the IP getting temporarily banned.

To Reproduce

  1. Compile or download for Windows (occurs with both gcc and MSVC)
  2. Add ~panthera to password to force the use of panthera
  3. Notice that shares are getting rejected and your IP is eventually banned

Expected behavior
Panthera should work as normal like it does on Linux (and presumably macOS).

Additional context
This is apparently the main blocker to panthera being included in upstream XMRig (see #2998).
