Update Getting Started Docs to include the VSCode Maui Extension #90

We should note in the VSCode docs that the "Maui" Extension is required to debug iOS and Android applications.

We should also try to find more up to date docs on publishing Android and iOS as we currently link to the Xamarin ones.
