having problem when setting up discord webhook #19

hey there, when im trying to setup the webhook for the discord channel im keep getting the same error

"L 03/22/2023 - 18:54:36: [discord.smx] [OnRequestComplete] Request failed"

can you please give me a hand with it ? really appreciate
