Now that we know how to do this, see #69, maybe there should be an option in the UI window to hide/show the Notification Centre menu bar icon. We cannot do it from the menu bar.

With Notification Centre hidden, I now position my main Dozer icon in its place which is a very satisfying location to interact with.
