I'd like to train a Cellpose model on own data and was wondering whether it would be possible to do this in napari rather than using the Cellpose GUI. I would benefit from the visualisation options in napari (especially for adjusting brightness/contrast and dealing with image stacks with time) as well as the ability to label individual pixels rather than draw circles around cells. The cellpose-napari plugin doesn't seem to offer training options, and I was wondering if there is either a workaround or future plans to incorporate training into the plugin?

Hi, I would also be really interested in this feature. Is there a workaround now that we can draw the shapes in napari and load them up somewhere else?
