Header size on unit does not match patch files size

Hello,

I have a 2015 Audi TT MK3. I updated my VC (8S0 906 961 AE) to 0296 version and I also updated my 5F Module to MHI2_ER_AU43x_P5098_MU1339 (TT). I installed MIB V3.7.1 and added MHI2_ER_AU43x_P5098_MU1339_PATCH patch in patches folder.

When I try to patch my unit within GEM i get the following error:

OK: Patch folder /net/mmx/fs/sda0/patches/MHI2_ER_AU43x_P5098_MU1339_PATCH found on SD card

File MU1339-ifs-root-part2-0x00ba0000-3005F400.ifs found in patch folder
File MU1339-ifs-root-part2-0x00c00000-2C2AE600.ifs nedded to patch this unit
Header size on unit - 2C2AE600 - does not match patch files size - 4005F400 - or stock - 3005F400 - image

I have also added a log. Any help will be appreciated.
