Usually the Sumerian adjective follows the noun: masz gal-gal "big goat", but lit. "goat big". Is this always the case? E.g. are ansze apin and apin ansze both plowhorses, or is one a plowhorse and the other a horse-drawn plow?

More generally, is there quality syntactic/dependency parsing for Sumerian to disambiguate cases like this?
