Add fixtures and utilities

There is a cool project: https://github.com/malexer/pytest-spark with devices for testing PySpark applications. But the project suffers from lack of maintenance. My suggestion is to add similar fixtures to Chispa to provide users with a maintainable all-in-one PySpark testing tool.
