Feature Request: Implement a better colour picker than Chrome

I cut the hex code from the easiest place I could put arbitrary text and be in frame for the purpose of this demo, and then when I try and paste, it just goes blank instead.

Nevermind, this seems to be a core Foundry issue with the default colour picker

Although until they get it sorted on that end you may look into implementing https://github.com/Larkinabout/fvtt-color-picker or https://github.com/ardittristan/VTTColorSettings support

per foundryvtt/foundryvtt#8877 , this is actually a Chrome bug, and unlikely to be fixed soon, so I've edited the title to the new purpose
