ERROR: Could not pass event VehicleMoveEvent to Multiverse-Portals

I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

Description
When sending a minecart without a passenger through a MV portal the minecart remains at the portal and does not go through.
When a player is in the minecart, the minecart remains but the player goes through.
When any other entity is in the minecart, the entity is ejected and the minecart and entity remain at the portal.
Also tested with multiverse-portals-4.2.3.jar.

Steps to reproduce
Create 2 MV worlds, and MV portal linking between them. Attempt to send a minecart through.

Expected behavior
The minecart should go though the portal with the passenger as it did in 1.20.1.
