In the commit/changes tree view, allow to omit the visualisation of the user name and commit id (which are already displayed in the central widget).
This allows to have a more compact visualisation of the changes.

@Murmele @pietrom16 I second that (perhaps as a display option).

I rather like GittyUp after only a few hours of use - many features, clean visual design, more powerful that my Mac favorite, the old gitx.

But compare gitx to GittyUp for information density:

Over the commit list there is a small gear icon, which I addmit it also took me a while to see when I started using GittyUp.
There you can find various options regarding these suggestions. (Compact mode, Show/hide author/date/id.)
