Can't use the same key for BLS and ED25519

Hi, I'm working on a new version of Black Jack .

Yet, I face some errors when trying to set up this repo.

The one confusing me the most is how to create a secret key that can be used in both BLS Secret Key as Hex and served as secret key for Ed25519Keypair as Base64 in "setup/src/helpers/actions/initializeHouseData.ts"
