Test DSK Capability

While the ability to use SPICE shape kernels (DSKs) is available, that capability remains untested in this repository. Note, however, that this capability was tested in Blackbird is likely works here as well since very little code was changed. Nonetheless, some test cases would give users confidence the capability works here as well.
