useMediaQuery/mediaquery value from css not matching #697

I noticed that use-media-query returns document body size (container query), which differs from how CSS media query works.

This resulted in a weird style in between 991 px ~ 1000 px. Look at the screenshot attached in this pr: #691 (comment)
