validate does not parse colon in Windows path (same error with #360)

Validate tool 4.3.1 reports the error in a typical Windows file path.

For example, if the path is D:......, the error message will be

This happens even when no path is specified in the Validate command.

I think it can't parse the filepath including ':'.
As far as I've searched, it's already been reported to #360 (v 2.0.6).

@whdndls99 can you provide the path where the file is sitting on your system so we can try to replicate in our test environment?

The file path is as follows: D:\KMAG_Archive\Data\Level_Product\Raw\202301\KPLO_KMAG_230101_000000_RAW_M_09.xml
But, I solved the problem as I use the 3.3.3 version.
