Describe the bug
It may not be a bug, but when running cupid-run -ts I got the error...

ncrcat: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.25: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and it did not produce the timeseries file. I think did module load nco and it worked and produced the timeseries file.

If this is expected, it may be it needs to be mentioned that you have to load nco in the readme..

Additional context
I'm running cupid-run -ts from here:
~/python/CUPID/CUPiD/examples/key_metrics

@ingridc2051 -- we may need to add a module load nco to Derecho's config_machines.xml (just duplicate your conda/latest line but change conda/latest -> nco)
