List the steps someone needs to take to reproduce the bug. Compiling and running filter with cce and Intel on Derecho/Gust.
What was the expected outcome? Outputs to obs_seq.final are identical for both compilers.
What actually happened? The cce compiler produces an output of 2*-1 rather than -1 -1 (for intel and ifx)
